The Choral Arts Society of Utah is proud to present the Days of ’47 KUTV Pops Concert with the West Valley Symphony of Utah at Abravanel Hall on July 10th and 11th. We are thrilled to announce that GENTRI is our guest artist. Tickets for the concert are free but required and will be available beginning June 1st at ArtTix.org. GENTRI, which is short for “The Gentlemen Trio” was established in June 2014 and is comprised of three dynamic tenors: Brad Robins, Casey Elliott, and Bradley Quinn Lever. The fourth member of the group is the award winning composer, arranger, and producer Stephen Nelson..
To date, GENTRI has released four EP’s and three full length albums, the most recent being a Christmas album, “Season of Light“. GENTRI’s third Christmas album. Almost all of GENTRI’s albums have reached #1 on various Billboard charts. The Gents are also known for their award-winning music videos, which have been featured on news outlets around the world including ABC World News, NBC Nightly News and Inside Edition. Their music videos have amassed over 200 million views on YouTube and Facebook.
GENTRI has performed all over the United States and across the globe. They have shared the stage with world-renowned talent, including Tony Award-winning powerhouse Kristin Chenoweth, international tenor sensation Alfie Boe, Tony Award-winning vocalist Idina Menzel, and legendary rock bands Journey, Blondie and One Republic.
The West Valley Symphony of Utah, Founded in 1991 by Ralph Baker out of a heartfelt passion for symphonic music, brings together an all-volunteer ensemble of around 80 talented musicians from Provo to Tremonton. We deliver high-quality concerts ranging from classical masterworks to lively pops programs, proudly serving West Valley City and the surrounding communities.
They collaborate on special performances with the Choral Arts Society of Uta for the Days of ’47 Pops Concert, and the KUTV Holiday Pops Concert which benefits the Salvation Army Angel Tree program. They perform for the Utah Cultural Celebration Center’s WorldStage! series and engage with community events like Taylorsville Dayzz. and the Larry H & Gail Miller Family Christmas Carol Sing-along at the Delta Center. Our dynamic programming has included tributes such as Imagine: Remembering the Fab Four, ABBACADABRA, and The Jerseys, as well as prominent guest artists such as David Osmond and Clara Hurtado Lee.
